Also to make matters worse, one of the owner was recently arrested in USA and the other is now a fugitive. I'm waiting for withdraws to bitcoin for 10 days. So EVEN if you were able to get your money back in payza, at this point no one knows if we'll even get money out of payza.

Yeah. Payza is in a mess right now, I would not use it for anything.

The founders of Payza/Alertpay have a very shady past with other payment processors. So it's no surprise now that they are in deep legal trouble that the withdrawals of payments from payza have taken a huge hit as well. If OP does get a refund which he won't, it may be stuck in the system of payza for a long time.

But OP noticed this way too late and was most likely hacked so payza will take no responsibility in the loss of these funds. Transactions already have a ton of confirmations and it would be impossible to try reverse the payments.

OP, reset all of your passwords on your online accounts before your account password may be compromised. You could ask for IP logs for account activity from payza, even though most likely it will not reveal anything important. Always have different and strong passwords for any money related accounts online.
