To list this coin in another exchange it cost money and i don't think dev is willing to pay any money don't forget this project  is free

What the fuck are you guys even taling about? A new exchange doesnt magically mean a higher price, however it does mean a a higher fluidity, in current marketconditions that would mean even a lower marketprice. Why would any exhange add this at its currents state? If the dev of the other exchange is open for a change in the crypto currency sphere, then sure. But as it stands its just a token on the ethereum chain even I can replicate. Why would any exchange wanna list this? Sometimes I feel these comments are just posted here in order to reach a quota, because they do not make any logical sense at all.
