With the current market situation, people are a bit hesitant to invest in ICO's in general. Everybody is more like observing the market and waiting what happens. The Chimaera presale still runs till April 19th, so there is no rush for investors to get in now. They can track the progress of the sale and get in later.
But there will be some announcement in the upcoming days and maybe some more people will feel rushed to get some CHI
