does anyone have this problem:
undervolting is not working. in windows my rx470 work fine with 825 mV. total of my rig on the wall is about 900W
my bios is dynamic.
when i switch to SMos i set 825 in config but on the wall i use more than 1100W that shows undervolting is not working.

any idea why?
any same happen to any body?

what is the solution?
