If anything - you should start selling small - build reputation and trust here, then people will take you seriously.
Even if you are legit - your T&C's would dissuade any potential client.
Signing a message from the address holding the coin means nothing. It doesn't necessarily mean you own the coin - nor can it be proved.
However if you conduct small deals with members here - we can link their addresses with the outputs from your wallet.

It means everything if the signed wallet sends a satoshi to the potential buyer before the transaction to verify the wallet. And that's what we do.
Plus, we work with the Escrow of your choice as long as it is a reputable and well known Escrow company.
The reason why we don't deal with small volumes is that we are an OTC trade and there are many exchanges for small volumes to transact with.
