Hi alance. You are welcome to make a deposit from outside of SEPA countries to Fidor Bank AG (Wire Transfer). The reason this note was added is because you will not be able to withdraw your funds. This is a way to ensure that clients inquire beforehand rather than sending a deposit assuming that it can also be withdrawn through this same banking partner.
