An easy way to learn a scam or not. If everything is perfect, then this is a skam. If everything is bad, then this is also a scam. Should not be perfect and not bad. The project should have errors that the team has realized and corrected. A team that listens to advice. A project that really lives. A living project can not be perfect. The project should not with 100% certainty say that they will achieve the goal on an exact day with an accuracy of a minute. I consider "road maps" with exact dates absurd. The exact "road map" can only be a project that copies the project from a competitor. If the project does, something new, then they can not know exactly whether they will ever get it done, and even if it does, then when it will turn out nobody can predict. Therefore, if the team says confidently that they will do what they never did, it will be a lie and such a project will be a scam. The team should be honest always, even if it does not taste good. Remember the words of Elon Musk. He said: "There were 1000 reasons that it will not fly, but the rocket still took off. I still can not believe that it is flying."  If the team says that they will create on 6 September 2018 an artificial intellect, it's a lie. When and who will create an artificial intellect nobody knows. Stay away from such predictors of charlatans!!!
