I've been one of those people, the people that buy at the high points of crypto and then sell low, losing my money and then later on losing out on a good amount of profits which I could've made. I'd like to know some of the reasons that people do this, besides doing it to cut their losses as that one is my reason.

this can be said with the term cutloss. it happens when we go buy at a less precise time. so cutloss is the best way to avoid more losses. and can move trades in other crypto. so it can restore the profits there
I never cut loss. Though I noticed that when a certain coin already reaches its peak, it will be hard for it to reach again its peak price. And with this market crash, we have been experiencing for almost 3 months, I am also thinking about selling at a low price just to cut my losses. But I never did, for the fact that bull run is coming. When the bull run comes, all coins are pumping.
