My wallet not synced after 95599 block. Reindex not solved problem.

You most likely have some bad addnodes or peers. Delete peers.dat, make sure bulwark.conf is empty, and reload the wallet.
No effects :-( Any ideas else?

1. Extract contents of file:
https://github.com/bulwark-crypto/Bulwark/releases/download/1.2.3/bootstrap.dat.zip2. Close your wallet.
3. Move bootstrap.dat into your appdata folder. Always be sure to keep backups of your wallet.dat and masternode.conf in a seperate folder
4. Restart your wallet, you should see "indexing blocks from disc" on the bottom left of your wallet.
How to find your Bulwark folder:
Windows: Press Windows+R and write %appdata%
macOS: Press Command+Space to open Spotlight, write ~/Library/Application Support/Bulwark and press Enter.
Linux: Open ~/.bulwark/
