Thanks for the response . Yeah I meant redeeming Reward points against egifter coupons - which do not need to be shipped. But an online coupon code with which can get egifter coupons. For 333,333 RP , you can get $25 egifter coupons i guess.

I'm waiting for wetsuit and confirm how long it takes. I read the text on the site to mean that physical deliveries take a week to process but I don't see why an email would. I'll let you know as soon as I have a firm answer. We have had a lot of redemptions but most of our customers are not on this forum so that's probably why nobody answered.
Redemptions of reward points for both gift tokens and physical items are processed manually roughly once a week so it could take a little while.
My brother and I have two accounts and one is referral to another. Today he got 9989 on free roll and about 2300 satoshi, but referral doesnot get anything ( before will get 1/2) from that value

Please pm me both user id's. This should never happen, everyone should get commissions for each roll. You can go through your bet history in the MULTIPLY BTC page around that time to see if there are any changes to the balance. The commissions will not show up as credit there but your balance will have changed by the amount of the commissions.
