XEL awailable on Bittrex, but of cource, more exchanges can attract more people to this project. And for this we need constant marketing efforts of the team itself.
The point is that there's no team, but group(s) and/or individuals contributing to the project.
XEL is probably doomed to grow organically, and it will take some (rather long) time.
