He is right, you shouldn't worry getting out being a newbie instead you worry getting out of jr. member and so on as there is requirement and that is merit. If you have skills in creating good quality post then you don't have to worry getting your rank up. All you need to do is post until you reach 30 post and rank to jr. member for now, there is a thread created already about requirements needed for you to rank.
