You most likely have some bad addnodes or peers. Delete peers.dat, make sure bulwark.conf is empty, and reload the wallet.
No effects :-( Any ideas else?

If that didn't work then remove all items from your Bulwark data directory except for wallet.dat and masternode.conf(if applicable) then open the 1.2.3 wallet and let it sync.
