With this current market situation i believed it will be difficult to reach this mark because the value of Ethereum keeps on declining to $300. If this will continue then it will be more difficult to reach even the $1,000 mark in which there are still lot of factors that we should also to consider that Ethereum will not reach ATH like the banning of all ICO advertisements in which they are using the Ethereum platform. If the numbers of ICO will reduce due to banning then the demand for Ethereum will reduce too.
