No plan, quick algo change and launch to catch the Raven hype, silent premine, waiting for the pump .. and .. boom ... new devs have to roll in to save the coin with a roadmap, a few people keep saying "when trex", "when lambo" .. till eventually everyone realizes its a shitcoin
