You said that you are seeing that the markets are stable and yet you are asking if it is time to buy? you must buy while every market is falling, you take the chance and buy, you must follow the old saying: "
buy low and sell high "

both btc and ETH had a much higher price than that. I would actually be happier if the price was above $10,000 and it was "stable" in that area. ETH had a big fall and at least I would be happier if it was stable in the $800 area.
But I think bitcoin would regain its sky-high prices this year...
we are in the $7000, the lucky one who buy many bitcoins now and eventually the prices increase to 25000 $ earn a profit of 3x... this is a good opportunity to buy more.
