KYC is not active at the moment even I checked that yesterday too but no option to submit my document there. Is there any time frame when this will be open for investors right now only athlete are eligible to do this?

Investors can go through KYC process too.
I've just checked KYC process, it is working fine with us. Make sure you are logged in when submitting KYC. If you will still have problems with it please provide us with more info so we can check what went wrong.
