I would look to around October where there are usually bull rallies and increased transactions for most coins. Also, most individuals have increased capital at the end of the year to spend. The closer we get to Cyber Monday that might be enough start the bull rally. Proof.....

The media may report the news that has some influence on coins, but that could be both negatively and positively.
However, this year the sting and downward spiral is really from government regulation, and bans on "spreading" the word on digital currencies(e.g. facebook, twitter, google bans). Successful Digital currencies MUST find a different way to market coins for the price to be influenced positively in value.
