for example blocks 2045996, 2045997 & 2045998 would have been rejected if this code was implemented

Another interesting thing is why Mon, 09 Apr 2018 13:40:14 GMT - Mon, 09 Apr 2018 13:42:59 GMT = - 2:45 is considered an interval and its value should reduce the difficulty.



for that you should be using http://antminepool.com/explorer/XVGB that shows you the diff, also the diff is adjusted according to the network hashrate, if there are no drops on hashpower then why would diff go down?
