Not having the intention to participate in any ICO for the time being, I didn't research this project so I can not assess it. Before you invest, if you don't want to be potentially burnt, read the white paper, look for information about the team, don't necessary believe any auto proclaimed ICO rating experts. If there is a reputed escrow holding the funds it's definitely a big plus. Stay safe.
