There are some issues going on created by bankers in India but there are no truth of bitcoin being banned by Indian government. Do you even know that one of the main reasons the market is down is because of the ongoing tax season in USA where people selling their bitcoins to pay taxes, another big reason is Mt. Gox liqudiating the market with their remaining bitcoins. I sense you don't have a clue what is exactly going on here. I am guessing the market will come back to a healthy position once we go into May.
