First of thanks for every suggestion. I slowly over the years became a smoker. I became aware of my addiction. I tried quiting several timer, but every time I would come back to it and smoke even more.
I tried two things so far:
1. Fully stoping to smoke
2. Gradually reducing
But it backfired every time. How did you stop?
I tryed to stop smoking many times by different ways: gradual method (about two month reducing the dose of nicotine), fast method - for one day, and other methods, only about 5 times. But really it helped me a book of Allen Karr "Easy way to quit smoke". And I have not smoked about 10 years! And very happy for it! This book is based on neurolinguistic programming, but I do not care, because the method is really effective!!!
