So I've clicked through all 30 pages and I DIDN'T SEE ONE SUBMERGED SETUP. I am dissapoint.
Everything I have read about submerged PCs assumes that the PC will have brief periods of use followed by extended cool-down periods. To make it work in a mining rig you would need to set up some sort of pump and radiator system but if you are going to go to that length you are better off just water cooling. Also, submerged components are more difficult to resell or reuse.
I wanted to do one, but just the mineral oil alone will cost $70-$100 (about $15-$20 a gallon), plus the cost of the pump, radiator, tubing, and container, etc. Then you have to worry about leaks, weeping oil (up the cords), and a big mess if you have to fiddle with any hardware. IMHO, you MIGHT come out ahead on a large scale if you have enough oil, but you still have to cool it
