We could hope so after looking at the patterns of 2017 and even 2015 the time when the BTC and similar dumps in the prices. If that was the time when the BTC was able to recover it then in todays date also it could be the same story repeating it self. Now thats really prediction depending upon the few fundamentals of the bitcoin. If we look at the data generated through different graphs, then it does predict that it could be winning period for the BTC where we will see the prices hitting almost the 20k and above. We already know that its ATH for the BTC and thus it could easily catch those prices one more time after seeing the increasing popularity day by day.
