Actually, that's a smart contract that when you send any amount ng ether sa address na yun is auto send siya sa main eth address ng hacker/suspect. If sino may eth address ngayong using coins.ph, yan ang gamit nila.
In million users ng coins.ph pag mag send sila nh ether sa ether address na andun sa account nila then auto send yun sa main address ng coins but yung balance/numbers of ether will be stored in their account.
