From a "lets make the world a better place perspective" should we support only bitcoin right now or altcoins also?

I believe we should support some alts as some actually have some advantages over bitcoin.
For eg, Ethereum, the second most popular alt after Bitcoin, is much more widely accepted and hence been adopted by some major companies like Microsoft, Intel, Jp morgan.
Similarly, Litecoin with its blockchain of 2.5 minutes, is four times faster than the pioneer in its transactions and since Segwit activation, the transactions are more speedy. Hence, these coins have a lot of potential.
