Why doesn't someone or the people responsible for the Wallet on YoBits just open it back up?

There is action and a ton of egame coins out there to be traded on YoBits.

I also think if the money is paid, they would get it in selling some anyways.

If they dont want to pay, why dont they give that ability or rights to someone else, so they can open up and or pay for the wallet to be opened back up on YoBits?
