what do you mean by token rate? evaluation of the ICO? exchange rate ETH/NKT?
if it is the former one, you'll find some sort of evaluation on ICO calendars (there is a list in the footer on website
https://nukatoken.com).
If it is the latter one, the exchange rate is 1ETH=70,000NKT and there is a bonus system in place too (details on this thread and on the website).
