Today i found more 3 blocks , every block they paid me 26 or 25 mcoins , but the reward is : 250.000000 , Can you explain me this ? 
That is because you are mining in a pool
When a block is found by the pool then the block reward (250 music) is divided between all the miners in the pool based on there share contribution.You only get 250 music for each block you find when you are solo mining.
