These kind of rumors only show that we need an official statement from the team as soon as possible. People need to know the plans of the 4New team.
They've been pretty active but in the end if you really want clarity i think its best to try to get ahold of one of the various devs/mods that hang out in the telegram and just ask them directly or maybe ask them to post on the BCT thread with any official clarifications, otherwise its just people spouting random unconfirmed things.
