I am a big fan of staking poker players But this is NOT the way staking normally goes. There are no usernames or whatever about the players. Also there is NO information about this website on the biggest poker forum 2+2. So I HIGHLY doubt that this site is legit.

Also I think a thread with referral links like this, is not allowed on bitcointalk. But I am not 100% sure about that.
