Hi,

You have the following rule regarding multiple accounts.

"Multiple Accounts
You may not, under any circumstances, create multiple accounts for the purpose of defrauding Nitrogen Sports. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple accounts created to circumvent our betting limits or multiple accounts created to take advantage of our affiliate program. Accounts created to defraud Nitrogen Sports, as decided in our sole discretion, run the risk of having the offending bet(s) cancelled from those accounts and/or those accounts permanently closed. In the event that your account receives funds in error and need to be recovered, Nitrogen Sports reserves the right to treat multiple accounts belonging to a single user as one when recovering funds."

My question is if its ok for someone from same house hold to create another account not to circumvent betting limits or take advantage of promos but to wager in the casino dice game at the same time, would this be considered ok?

Well the recent dice jackpot winner clearly was using multiple accounts. You will notice the winner 4938518 won and if you take a look at the top 7 streaks there is account 4938519. If this is ok according to Nitrogensports rules then great np but it would be nice for support who has posted after I raised my question to come in and answer instead of avoiding the question.

Support is there a reason why you won't address this question? Was the recent jackpot winner allowed to keep his winnings?

Hello DT3,

Allow us to remind you that this isn't actually a support thread. If you have a specific support enquiry, please contact support@nitrogensports.eu.

As for your question, our support and fraud teams run thorough checks on all major jackpot winner(s) as a matter of course given the large amounts of BTC involved. We are always on hand to answer general promo questions, but we cannot comment on account-specific details for obvious privacy reasons.

Thank you,

-Jason
