Both my online computer and offline computer are running Armory 0.96.3-beta-b9d58e3b9b

Allright, so I'm generating an offline transaction via my online computer. 
Click Offline Transactions.
Click Create New.
Select Wallet to send to (I'm transferring from my hot & cold wallets)
Address Type: P2SH-P2WPKH for segwit. 
RBF ticked.
I have tried both savine the raw transaction data to a file, and copy pasting.
I save to a notepad file on my USB drive.
Plug drive into offline computer.
Boot up Armory.
Click Offline transaction.
Select Sign.
Load File/Copy Paste.
Click Sign.
Input password.  Password is ok.
I receive the following error:

Formatting Error: The transaction data was not ina format recognized by Armory.


Ok, so I've tried using all three different scripts for Address Type, tried different amounts, tried it during a full moon.  Nada.  I know you're overworked Goatpig, but can you help me out?  What am I doing wrong?
