It's frustrating that we can't somehow get a personal response - I emailed several times, and one time got my reward put back to normal, but after just a few hours it was halved again. And this as the price has flatlined so the reward has increased other than at the first level.
I'm no good at gambling - just feels like pressing a button to watch my balance go to 0 I guess, though somehow I won a small amount via jackpot once? I don't even recall playing... but there's no appeal for me to just press a button.

It looks like your reward went back to full while we were still fine-tuning the algorithm. If you don't want to gamble try making a deposit as keeping a higher balance is the low-risk way to get full rewards.
