I encountered this problem too after downloading the file in the mega link provided on the email, likewise, I can't install it, and I would like to ask the same question too if its safe with the beta version of the wallet.
I downloaded the wallet and Windows Defender did not find any threats. I even scan it manually and still the same. However, the qt doesn't open after clicking I allow it to make changes in my PC. I wonder what's supposed to be the problem. Huh
I wonder if windows defender will detect it I have it too obviously since I used windows 10. I'm using Norton security anti-virus and it auto remove/delete after I extract the files.
