To follow up on my last withdrawal request of 400 mBTC, I have been patiently waiting for a month and a half... and only contacting support twice to prevent constant aggravation.
However, there has still been no news aside from live support staff Sebastian sending a 'payment reminder' on my behalf to the finance department. I am doubtful that the reminder would be of any use and grown more weary of the replicated replies as they do not offer any real solution.
I'm sure there are others like me as well... just looking for a reason for the delayed withdrawals (like if there is a funding issue) as user trust personally has declined quite a bit. If there's a large delay across all the user-base, at the very least these players deserve some accountability? It's the very least we could ask for... some update or progress report instead of a seemingly-endless cycle of waiting..
