What if you like it so much that you would wanna keep on trying it for the rest of your life even if it may have a high chance of fucking it up?

That's just a matter of personal fortitude and self restraint.
I have seen a few "one shot, one kill" in my life to be completely against how you see it. Especially when we are young we don't realize what those things can do to ourselves (and when mixed even worse). I consider myself lucky to have had personal fortitude and self restraint (I did like the white one but I had to stop)
