Did you try to uninstall jaxx and then reinstall? (if you are using it as chrome extension).
If you have ETH address, try to check on
https://etherscan.io/ if there are the ETH... if they are here, everything is ok...
I checked and there is Ether in the wallet. However I do not have my backup phrase, just the password to my personal url.
