Japan is a country for people with very high IQ. They have incorporated modern technology and have embraced innovation. So for me, Japan is the most powerful country in the world
I think is all about High IQ. It a culture. In Japan School academic is just second they focus on trait (EQ).
That's why many of them are easy to adopt on development.
