The Trezor company unfortunately didn't want to add support for Dogecoin, but Ledger supports it, and so does KeepKey, so there is enough hardware wallet support.

While some wallets may not have lived up to their full potential, there are plenty of light software wallets that support Dogecoin. See the mobile wallet Coinomi, for example.

Doge-Ethereum bridge, is this something like atomic swap between coins, in the case atomic swap between Dogecoin and Ethereum.?

Something similar to that... it's not for exchange, but rather for an ability of Doge to be transferred to the Ethereum chain, where it could reside and interact with the smart contract features of Ethereum. Dogecoin would need to be locked up on the Doge blockchain, and then appear in Ethereum, in a reversible process.
