There is an own section to post messages about businesses in this forum. If it's done in all the boards I think it's a violation. So you should be careful in posting and more specific to describe this work. 
Yes,as I am said earlier you are not allowed to hire someone for posting on your threads and it is against the forum rule.Maybe OP not aware of this so he have to read the rules before promoting anything on this forum.And the participants who all are get hire by him also in danger of getting negative trust.
