I want to tell you a little about our sad experience with StartICO.net, namely, Tyumentsev Alexei Anatolyevich (summary https://goo.gl/pJKiy5 on his website) as the head of this company.
During the launch of our ICO https://LuvenMed.io we needed to develop a smart contract and we stumbled upon the advertisement of StartICO.net.
After looking at the page of this software, the pages of the team in social networks, we saw that they attend exhibitions with speeches "about the security of ICO." We thought: “These guys know what they're doing!” and decided to trust them.

We agreed on cooperation, we gave information on the number of tokens, bonuses, the price of the token, etc. Further, Alexey specified(translate):

Then we agreed on the price, we paid it, we received a contract.

During the ICO, we collected not very much, 31.8 ETH, and therefore decided to refund ETH to our investors. But as it turned out later, Alexei and his team have absolutely no experience and are actually engaged in fraud. They simply post advertising articles and advertisements on the Internet and it looks like they simply re-order contracts and their team consists of only juniors.

Imagine! In the contract their company did NOT provide for WITHDRAWAL of funds that fall to the address of the contract. And as a result, the funds were stuck.
Alexey, as the manager, does not want to be responsible for the consequences of his actions, now he ignores us and does not respond to our messages. As a result, our investors and our reputation suffered.

Yes, our mistake is that we did not apply to an outside company for auditing the contract from these pseudo-specialists, the deadlines pressed us. And besides so many positive comments were written about StartICO.net.

And the price of this lesson is 31 ETH!

We strongly do not recommend applying for any services with StartICO.net or purchasing their software and tokens. They have no experience and if you do not want to lose your collected crypto - you should look for alternatives.
