I would guess much cheaper and maybe lower taxes. Iceland is an expensive country, Georgia is cheap.
yeahh i aggreed, most of farming datacenters moved their farms to georgia for legal benefits and cheap electricity.
There's an abundance of hydro electric in Georgia.
