Hope Deedcoin succeeds! The other two crypto projects (CryptoBnB and BeeToken) in Real Estate and properties that I am aware of are still struggling. CryptoBnb couldn't even attain Soft cap of its ICO thanks to the bearish market which killed the price of ethereum that was used in purchasing tokens at ICO and they had to return funds to investors while Beetoken is trying to make a headway.
It's difficult to compare ICOs even if they are in the same industry. There are so many factors that go into picking a winning ICO trying to compare it to similar ones will only muddy the water.
