In Traditional Chinese Windows, when using the Electrum wallet to import the simple wallet's wallet.dat, an error message dialog box is shown as the following:
Error opening file:
'cp950' codec can't decode byte 0xef in position 32: illegal multibyte sequence.
This is known issue, you can't import wallet.dat file, just the privatekeys only.
