That is an excellent question, to which there's an answer in the Whitepaper (page 16). No, we won't use the investors' money to provide returns for the bounty participants; we've allocated funds especially for that from the very beginning so there won't be any problems once the ICO is over.

Thanks for the quick response. Where did the bounty funds come from, did your team self fund it with your own money, or is it allocated from the token distribution?

We will allocate it from our own reserved tokens; i.e. not from the investors' token distribution. Here's a link to the Whitepaper where you could see the entire chart of token distribution on page 16:

Haha sorry it's still unclear. Will you pay people in your token to do work like advertising and development, or will the tokens reserved for development be sold to investors to fund projects? If you are collecting so much ETH from the ico I don't get why the token need a premine for dev and whatnot.
