someone ask in the above post (i didn't see any reply from the admin) why you need another ico because of the amount of money that has been raised already in the previous one, with such amount of money, you could proceed with development, what do you intend to achieve as hardcap and softcap? there is not much write up about project in website to give first hand information but the project seem really solid and already look successful with good amount raised.

The funds raised will be used not only for the collected funds will go not only to the development of the platform and its constant improvement, but also will help us with the global launch of the application to the market, which means marketing and partnership with game developers. With respect to the latter some grants will be provided for developers making games with FREED.Agent built-in from scratch to motivate them and compenstae them for the costs for software development and for the rebuilding in-game economies.
