When does the pre sale starts?
I think they are through with pre-sale but the main sale will start on the 20-04-18.
The project is very successful, since the beginning of sales coincides with a fresh wave of growth in the market.
I hope by the time of listing we will see at once some X-s as it was before, and not the price drop as the last couple of months.
