This is weird! If it was true, I would become a millionaire tonight. I guess it's some kind of manipulation to increase the exchange volume, many exchanges do it every day. How can anyone buy ITL at 4999sat, when there are sell orders at 1 sat. I would be happy to sell my 2M coins at 2sat.
