Try this:

- use DDU
-enable onboard video as default display output in your mobo bios
-connect only the bricked card to the x16 slot (main pci-e slot of your mobo)
-boot pc
- run cmd as administrator and navigate to your atiflash folder
- from there type

Recovered many cards this way.
